Those of you who  wind DC coils, know that constant tension is the key for smooth and perfect layering. However, as wire comes off the reel and because of the  geometry of the coil , the tension fluctuates  dramatically  !!

The RT1002 is solving these issues. It keeps the tension  CONSTANT no matter what size Drum you use, no  matter how much wire is still left on the drum,  and regardless of the shape of the coil on the machine.
